We are hiring a Tele‑Sales Executive to promote life and health insurance plans to customers in Bagalkot. This is a full‑time inside‑sales role for candidates who are confident, convincing, and interested in building a career in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call leads and existing customers to explain insurance products and benefits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policy options
- Record call details, quotations, and follow‑up remarks in the system
- Coordinate with insurance advisors and branch staff for policy issuance
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining quality compliance
Who Can Apply Tele‑Sales jobs in Bagalkot?
- Freshers or 1–2 years of tele‑sales / field sales experience
- 12th pass or graduate; commerce/finance background is an advantage
- Strong communication and convincing skills in Kannada and Hindi
- Comfortable with targets and basic product training
