We are looking for a Collection Executive to follow up on EMIs and overdue payments for consumer loans in Bagalkot. The role requires regular customer visits and tele‑calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make reminder calls to customers for EMI payments
- Visit customers when required and provide payment options or schedules
- Update collection status in the system daily
- Coordinate with branch and legal team for severely overdue accounts
- Maintain customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery
Who Can Apply Collection jobs in Bagalkot?
- 0–3 years of collections/field work experience
- 12th pass or graduate; own two‑wheeler is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and firm but polite attitude
- Comfortable travelling within the city and nearby villages
