We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for a logistics and courier company in Bagalkot. The role involves handling shipment queries and tracking support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls about parcel pickup, delivery status, and delays
- Track shipments in the system and provide accurate updates
- Register complaints and coordinate with operations hubs and delivery boys
- Maintain daily call and complaint logs
- Follow up with customers until their issue is closed

- Good communication in Kannada and basic Hindi
