We are looking for a Relationship Executive to manage gold loan customers at our Bagalkot branch. This role combines customer interaction, basic documentation, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain gold loan schemes and eligibility to walk‑in and tele‑calling customers
- Verify KYC documents and assist in application processing
- Maintain customer relationship through reminder calls and follow‑ups
- Coordinate with branch team for disbursal and collection
- Ensure compliance with company policy and safety norms
Who Can Apply Relationship jobs in Bagalkot?
- 0–3 years of experience in finance, banking, or sales
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
- Good communication and basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable dealing with cash and responsible with documentation
