Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers with pending bills and remind them of due dates
- Explain payment options like online, UPI, and cash counters
- Update call outcomes and promises‑to‑pay in the system
- Transfer complex dispute cases to senior officers
- Meet daily talk‑time and collection targets
Who Can Apply Tele‑Collection jobs in Bagalkot?
- Freshers or 1–2 years in BPO/collection
- 12th pass or graduate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Kannada and Hindi
- Comfortable with rotational shifts if required
